Message to Our Visitors Regarding Recent Vehicle Thefts

We are aware of recent reports regarding thefts from vehicles at Holy Cross Cemetery in Lackawanna. The safety and well-being of the families who visit our cemeteries is very important to us.  

IMPORTANT:  To date, there has been no report of any physical altercations whatsoever.  These are random thefts caused by unlocked and unattended vehicles.  Please, when visiting your loved one in our beautiful cemetery take the precaution of locking your vehicle.

We continue to work with local authorities as needed and remain committed to providing a peaceful environment where families can gather to pray, reflect, and remember their loved ones.
